Michelle is a Finance Professional with broad accounting experience across diverse businesses, and volunteer groups, specialising in Australian Sports Technology export companies from startup to scale-up to investment. Experienced in financial management, reporting, and building scalable finance processes to support growth. Passionate about guiding young learners to see how education connects to enterprise — encouraging curiosity, adaptability, resilience, self-belief, and execution.

Richard enjoyed a 40-year career in education across South Australia and overseas, including 25 years at St John’s Grammar in Belair where he led the school to become a leading independent Anglican institution.  He specialises in building connected, nurturing cultures, educational strategy and leadership development. In semi-retirement, he works part-time as an Anglican Schools Liaison Coordinator, partnering with School Heads, Board Chairs and the Church.  Passionate about community service, he has organised numerous events and maintains a strong interest in sport, fitness and golf. Recently registered as a marriage celebrant, Richard is married to Amanda and has three adult daughters.

Sally brings extensive finance operations and governance with a career spanning both banking & education sectors. 

She has been a Business Manager in private schools, and Risk Operations Manager with a strong focus on governance compliance.

Andrew is a Senior Business and Taxation Advisor with over 30 years experience working with family businesses and not-for-profit organisations.

A Principal at Count Adelaide, he brings a practical commercial perspective to governance strategy and long term sustainability at a Board level.
